Was served by Dan when getting grout for bathroom tiles. He was fantastic and got a swatch out and used his knowledge and experience to help advise us on what colour to go for. Dan also sold us silicone to match and directed us to the wall panels in store which we will come back to look at nearer the time of building our media wall. Dan was very polite, helpful, friendly and professional and even helped us take our products to the car

My husband and I went into Topps Tiles to pick some tiles for our bathroom. Amazing customer service we were assisted by a lovely, helpful young lady called Liv. She was a real inspiration and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The tiles were in stock and we were able to take them away with us. Incredible service and will definitely be recommending Topps Tiles to others ?

Went in to this store after shopping around all day just to look at different tiles and get rough price. Bury tops tiles store, out of the ones I went to during the day blew it out of the park. Really helpful, customer service was outstanding and guiding me to choose the right tile for my new house. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Went into Topps tiles Bury looking for some flooring. Customer service was incredible, Dave looked after us and was so patient, explaining all the different options and answering all our questions. We came away with some gorgeous LVT flooring and I?m excited to have it fitted in my home. Would definitely recommend and we?ll be back!
