Thank you to staff at Bury for the exchange of jeans which were too small (but accurately labelled). I lost my receipt after staff advised me to keep it safe for a possible exchange. But I showed them my bank statement and did a pain free exchange for another size.

Go to this store quite a lot because the Rochdale and Oldham branch closed and the staff in the Bury store are very helpful and friendly I would like to mention Joshua in particular because he has worked there quite a number of years and he always remembers us and makes you feel welcome :) Well done Joshua you deserve... read full comment
