Came here with a key to be cut. Can't fault the staff member here, he tried his best despite it being an off-brand key, it didn't end up working (he said it might not) but I appreciate the service and attempt.. A refund was swiftly offered on return! Stellar service.

Key cut straight away, little expensive but service was there

Either the staff need training properly in how to cut keys or the equipment needs looking at.Twice on the bounce now, 3 of the last 5 times, they've cut keys from new composite doors keys and they haven't worked.I've passed these to tradesmen for renovation works and then had to drive over as they couldn't get in to take them to Accrington Asda Timpsons that managed to cut them ok.This has cost me time, petrol and money twice. Nowhere near good enough.

Very friendly and highly experienced in this sector, the only place I go in rochdale for a key cutting or watch repair, also does excellent engraving at a reasonable price

Why have they closed the changing rooms for good? I don't buy clothes from Tesco anymore. I try and avoid the place as they have put in more self service checkouts, hassle, no benefit to customers to have to do the work of a checkout operator as well as having to pack your own bags.

Shoe repair was excellent. Had my favourite work shoes re-soled and re-heeled. Only reason it's not five stars is the time taken and the fact they said they'd let me know when my shoes were ready, but didn't.
