Went in today picked up a tester aftershave just to smell it and a member of staff screamed at me as if I was a thief I said what's up and she said it was because she was new ..bs it was embarrassing for me so I just left I won't go in there again

Introduced to exactly what I didn?t realise I needed! The young lady served me in the shop today and provided the perfect solution to my gift requirements, left with a lovely personalied gift, thank you.

Went into the shop today and wasn?t the happiest with the customer service . There was two blonde women on shift one older and one younger as soon as I walked in the shop the older woman greeted me with a smile whilst the younger blonde did not acknowledge me at all . Not even a smile or a hello . The older woman served me and when I asked for a sample she went Into the back to retrieve one . It?s was just me and the younger woman in the shop then and I felt slightly awkward as she wasn?t saying anything to create conversation so I just said ? wow it smells really nice in here ? to relieve the awkwardness that she was creating and she just stared at me and completely ignored me . I immediately knew then that she was not the politest member of staff . Whilst I was speaking to the older woman she made no attempt to join into the conversation she was just stood in the corner glaring . Then as I was leaving I said both of you two have a good day and once again the older woman acknowledged me whilst the younger woman ignored me again . As a person working in retail and customer service , that is not what you call good customer service .

Quite a extensive selection of aftershaves and perfumes. Most priced slightly cheaper than Boots and larger department stores. Had to ask for testers as they're not readily available on the counter, as in some rival establishments.
