Recently moved into the area so only been here around 5 times.
What lovely staff you have, different people every time but really helpful and polite and even packed your bag for you.
Definitely the best Tesco express experience I?ve had. Very impressed.

I was struggling to get a pump to read my Clubcard or debit card. It was 'pay at pump only'
I went in the shop to ask for help.
Alex changed the pump so that I could pay cashier.
Very friendly and efficient. I always find that the staff at this shop are 'customer orientated'

Very rude female asian looking on the til when I asked for certain item not on the shelf if they had in stock replied in rude manner what ever we have is out didnt help me to look and other members off staff seemed very busy so I left the store and headed up to the other Tesco up tottington were the staff went out of there way to help me find what I was looking for. Will not bother to go to this store

I was at this store a few days ago and I was greeted by a very welcoming asian Security guard with a beanie hat on. He carried my shopping to my car as I am currently on crutches. He was lovely. Thank you darling X

Fantastic customer service. Needed to put air in tyres before going on road trip. The air and water facility wasn't working. The young lady at the till this morning is a racist, she acted so badly to me, when I was approaching to wait she screamed and said not yet you, after she down she didn?t utter one work like ask me if I need a bag nor the total price she just turned away chatting with colleague and I paid left not a single word. Terrible experience.
