Dismal service at managerial level, the signs lie and the manager has gone on record saying he won't correct them, specifically the signs say that all lanes are pay at pump or inside - problem is they're not done are some aren't messing you queue up at a pump and only when you get there then you find out you can't get the service you require, meaning irate frustrated drivers maneuvring around the forecourt, making things worse.

I went to Tesco fuel pump just yesterday and forgot my debit card , I told the lady sorry I forgot my debit con I fill the form , she said you should check your card before filling and con,t waste time with you and ?and her behave was not good with me at all , everything con happened accidentally so don?t behave like thief?s with customer ?.

Today I was in a situation that no one should ever be put in (unsolicited verbal abuse). But thanks to Karen who was working today, she helped me calm down and stayed with me until I felt safe. Needless to say she went above and beyond her duties and I felt completely comfortable around her. What an amazing woman to go out of her way to help a customer in distress. Honestly can't thank her enough. I really hope she sees this. Because she really made a difference to my day.
