I've Been using Tesco Bury as my weekly shopping destination for a while now, I recently stumbled upon the fact I'm Lactose Intolerant, finding Dairy free products can sometimes be a challenge as well as adjusting to the change.
Whilst looking for lactose free cream cheese I asked a member of staff ,who I can only assume is the Chilled Section Manager, whether they sold specific products. He informed me he didn't, but instead of leaving it he instructed me to give him a few weeks and he'll get it on a shelf for me and he actually did! You hear a lot about the negative stuff with superstores and not a whole lot about the good, so to that gentleman. Thank You

Even worse than Rambottom, the cigarette/lottery counter is a disgrace, I now only use Haslingden it has far better management !

Rude staff.
Went to collect some travel money I had pre ordered. Checked the website, said the travel money kiosk closes at 19:00. Arrived at 18:03 to a woman with her back to me in the kiosk so I said ?excuse me? she barely even turned around and said ?we?re closed? then turned her back on me again. I explained, the website said they shut at 19:00 and she didn?t even bother to turn back around.
Disgusting behaviour.

Disgusted, Disappointed and down right DIRTY . Around 1540 24/04 was at check-out when a typical tattoo'd sleeved gentleman was doing his check out kid in trolley on his phone. when child got out and just stated walking on the area where your food goods etc are placed once the checkout operator has passed them though, Tattoo'd gent didnt care a jot just let kid walk all over the area, Disappointed In Checked operator NOT ASKING Gent to not child kid walk in dirty shoes all over a area as people had to put food there DISAPPOINTED that once gent had gone they didnt wipe the area clean.. . I Get the customer is always right but the next customer has rights as well . I Get the gent would most likely kicked off at the checked operator if they has asked him to stop his phone call and take his child off the checkout.. BUT The operator should have taken a few seconds once he had gone to clean the area DIRTY

Avoid this place at Christmas or any bank holidays tis mobbed mainly by people unwilling to pay for parking in the town centre and resulting in massive queues to get in and out of the car park?
