Great plants and shrubs stock and some good quality gardening tools. Nice cafe with lovely large bright conservatory. Nice and chilled during the week with plenty of parking

I have visited the cafe for many years and have always enjoyed the food however last Friday my wife and I ordered minute steak and fries with skins on which was atrocious the fries were very burnt so much so that I could smell them before they reached the table the steak appeared to be poor quality and full of fat and grizzle the other contents of the baguette lacked flavour so unlike my previous experiences.

Great cafe here. We have been quite a few times. Lunch is varied and tasty, breakfast is excellent and the cakes are gorgeous. We have always found the staff to be attentive and polite and always pleasant. Would highly recommend a visit.

I think the initial service and food are really good and should deserve 5 stars the reason it is 2 star is because once you have received the food the service then disappears, you have to ask several times to get desserts and extra drinks, as there are minimal staff allowed to process the orders and no one clears away plates. Just disappointing really.

Had the pulled beef brisket burger and it was a bit sour like as if it was slow cooked. A bit pricy for what you got (a small burger, medium fries, and a like 3 spoonfuls of coleslaw) Would not be eating here again. The conservatory was nice though.

Nice garden centre, but poor experience in the cafe. We ordered as a group of 3 adults and 2 children ordering food/drinks. Won?t return due to poor customer service. My daughter is Autistic and doesn't eat much varieties of food. The staff member serving us refused to swap her portion of beans/peas for some cucumber sticks. Also no sauces offered/cutlery for children. £6.95 for a child?s sausage and mash (3 sausages and literally a spoon of mash).
