I received a thorough eye test and examination of my eyes, including glaucoma test. I also decided to have a photographic test which was very affordable. It was comfortable and informative.
The drawback was a long wait for a member of the staff following the test to give me a quotation for new glasses. Also, no help was given to choose new frames.
In addition, the dissapointing thing is that I can't never take advantage of the offers as I need custom made verifilcal and thinner lenses which inflates the overall price considerably. Difficult to afford for a pensioners. This is reflected in my rating.

Felt like I was buying a happy meal from a burger change .. I was served
Like I was putting them out. Not a true consultation in my opinion.. and a bit rude holding hands up on my face cos they were typing. Some condescending fella said I can't do two things at once it's how my brain works. .. don't worry I wasn't offended.. he's a very lucky individual that I stayed calm .
I nearly said oh sorry have you got something else you'd rather be doing then why work here. ?

Came in for an emergency repair,
Glasses snapped in half completely,
Malachi stepped up and performed high-tech cutting edge surgery on them, giving them a second chance at life,
The glasses feel stronger than ever,
He used galvanised Japanese steel, folded 1000 times to reinforce them and gave them a cheeky heat treatment,
He also administered the Heimlich maneuveur on a lady that was choking on a Greggs sausage roll in-store and saved her from an untimely end,
Everybody clapped,

Having a few issues with my new glasses so went back to check if they were ok . The assistant Caitlin was great . The shop was really busy but at no time was I rushed along. In fact Caitlin couldn't do enough for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you .
