if it,s not in the catalogue..or even if you can,t see the catalogue number.( has to be the smallest catalogue i,ve ever seen ) you definately won,t get any sense out of the in experienced staff.especiqally on engineering tools and accesories. NOT IMPRESSED

One star deducted for having had no stock of various items three times, but otherwise, the service has been very helpful and patient with my ignorance and need for advice every time. In particular, thank you to Jordan and Lisa for their help over the safe use of an angle grinder. My only other concern is the difficult access to your premises past a very busy alloy wheels garage, but as our nearest main tools and building equipment supplier, I will be visiting again :)
