Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name.Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning.Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately.Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home.Many thanks

This store is located at a convenient location for the communities nearby. Service is efficient and without fuss. Members of staff I met were friendly and polite.
