I had the best customer service experience today! I went to get my statement, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They provided my statement in just five minutes.

Good branch with helpful staff, however every time
I come in here there?s always a large queue to speak to cashiers with only ever one cashier on. There?s always about 2-3 people welcoming people into the branch or walking around. So don?t know why they can?t provision more staff where there?s a big queue of people waiting to help.

Despite short opening hours, Full banking facilities are available. I only went as I needed to deposit a cheque. They close at 3pm, promptly. The lady who served me was very pleasant and friendly, and I was in and out very swiftly. I normally use mobile banking, and internet banking. But I believe bricks and mortar banks must be retained!

Just joined this bank as I opened my daughters ISA back in early 2021 and now made the full switch and the service has been fantastic so far and after comparing the Google reviews I'm glad I've now made this switch

Staff really helpful, had problem with a Graduate account changing too early. Got it fixed after visiting the branch, really helpful staff. Can't praise them enough.
