The staff is so rude especially the guy with blonde hair I went behind the till to put rubbish in the bin and he rudely talked to me later he was badmouthed to his colleague that It?s just ?lack of manners? ?lack of common sense? u should fire this guy for barking about a customer when he didn?t know that i went behind the till to use the bin and he had no means of talking about me in a bad way to his colleague after i apologised when he told me off, he can check the camera that i went for the bin. But i didn?t appreciate this guys attitude towards a customer if hes that fed up of his life why is he taking it out on others.

Returning some childrens sandles to Bury branch which were bought for holiday and unfortunately the rope sole came away at the front. I really didn't expect them to do anything about it as I had no receipt but the young lady was extremely helpful found my payment online and gave me a gift card for the full amount. What a pleasant experience thank you

Great River Island outlet, plenty of good offers inside. Mainly came for a click-and-collect which was super speedy to pickup on a lunch break, and was allowed to use the changing rooms just to check the fit of the click and collect order.

Honestly a disgrace, nearly impossible to shop there if you?re a wheelchair user no space to move and they?ve made all the twists so small and narrow and too make it even worse the lift is in a cramped corner with a display right opposite it so it?s extremely difficult getting in

Wish there was a 0 star option. Staff were nice but had an argument in the middle of the tills . Still had a security tag on my bag . No receipt. Bad service.

I was in last Thursday, last minute panic buying for an outfit for my hen do and giving up.One member of staff (we didn't get a name) was so helpful and ran around the shop to find outfits for me. She was so helpful and really friendly and really seemed to care for her customers.I loved the outfit she chose for me. Thank you for your help!
