One star too many.This company are shambolic. Despite a 20 year connection they provided no support whatsoever when the owner of the company I was employed at suddenly passed away. They are vile and threatening. Employees, notably Paul Lomax is a poor excuse of a businessman. Avoid at all costs, and if you?re using Regency Factors?Good luck?you?ll certainly need it.

1 star is one too many for this utter shambles of a company. They will leave you in the lurch at the drop of a hat and avoid your phone calls when you need answers about their service that they apparently ?provide? you. When you call them, you will have the response of ?oh, Paul is in a meeting? and you won?t hear from them again. A business that is supposed to provide you a service, yet, you have to chase them up? My Father who recently passed away 7 months ago used this company for over 20 years and they will show you no loyalty whatsoever when you need the help that they apparently provide. I can?t stress enough how much of a farce this company is.Avoid at all costs.

Although I dealt with a sister company to Regency, it's all the same people. Where to start? It took several weeks of paperwork, assurances that everything was OK, only to need more paperwork... When they did eventually set the facility up, I had to cancel it - on the basis that my customers were actually paying faster than Regency could process the paperwork for it. Steer clear. Thanks to them I now have a record on 'charges' on Companies House database.Terrible company. 1 star is 1 too many.EDIT: I see Regency did reply to my comment. Thanks. That's a bonus. No, you won't find a 'Derek Stuart' on your database. Stuart is my middle name, changed for privacy reasons.I stand by my comments, however. That you cannot recognise the above complaint suggests to me that you were wrong to tell me this is the first time a situation like this has ever occurred and you should be given another chance.

Tank Industrial Maintenance LimitedWe have been with Regency for the past six months, we have in the past used several factoring facilities and can honestly say Regency have been the best by far.Our Client Manager Paul Lomax is second to none. Paul is a lovely person, so helpful and totally understands our business and our needs and nothing is to much trouble.Stephanie who deals with our credit control is excellent, it is very rare that we have to get involved with the debt collection, which was certainly not the case with our previous facilities.The whole Team at Regency are very efficient and provide an excellent service.All in all we are 100% happy with our relation with Regency and would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.
