Came for dinner before the cinema. Our waitress was lovely however the restaurant was clearly understaffed (she was the only waitress). Our mains took a long time to arrive and some of my friends didn't have time to finish their food as we had to leave in time for the cinema. Management need to rethinking staffing.

Ordered a takeaway last night with my partner and was not impressed at all. They put the sauces at the bottom of the bag? So when it arrived the bottom of the bag was just covered in grease from the garlic butter. The polenta fries were cold tasteless and bland like they were cooked before the pizza. My partner ordered the double American and wow if this topping was double I would hate to see a normal one. The pepperoni tasted greasy and cheap. I ordered the BBQ burnt end pizza it tasted weird like something was bad I feel like the tomatoes were off just tasted bad. There was a sprinkle of meat at best maybe like 50 grams probably even less. At least 3 slices of my pizza had zero toppings just a little bit of sauce? How can you even achieve this? Just leave the pizza bare? The prices they charge and yet give you cheap incomplete food in return. I don't leave reviews unless it's really bad or really good and I have to say this was really bad. The only upside is that it was fast but with the quality of the food that's not really hard.

Very friendly staff, they were really lovely and helpful. One of the staff members even gave me a tip on which flour to use with the cook book I received for free as a Gold Rewards member, to make the best pizzas.
Romana base is incredible, as well as the dough balls, and all of the food really. Looking forward to many more visits. Thank you. :-)
Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options available (including Vegan cheese and I think Vegan dough balls for those who prefer or require it)
Kid-friendliness: Suitable for kids, with a kids menu available.
