Called in recently to get my sister a gift.
I ended up with an bracelet which I got engraved in my handwriting. The shop was very busy, but multiple staff members acknowledged me or asked did I need help. The lady that helped me was fantastic. She allowed me to try the bracelet on. She was patient, polite and a fab member of staff. As mentioned the shop was very busy and I decided to change my mine once or twice. The assistant kept her eye on the busy store whilst helping me, and maintaining her focus on me, without me feeling overwhelmed or rushed. She wrapped it up with incredible speed as she had heard me state I was on my break and needed to be back in work 5 minutes ago haha. She was a credit to the store.

Just been into the store (16:00 Saturday 26/8/25) to buy a bracelet. Ignored by 3 of the 4 assistants who were too busy having a chat to serve, the other was serving. We left, as we were apparently invisible.

This place is so good in serving delicious food. I absolutely loved the experience. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant this is not the perfect place as the dining is small there but the environment is superb. Even though there is some communication barriers as some staffs don?t speak English but they try their best to provide the best services. It was absolutely a worth dining or take aways if you love spicy food. I ordered few times after this experience.

What can I say I took my late mums chain into be repaired and cleaned . The charms were dirty but the chain was Brocken . The love sales assistant was so empathetic . I told her it was about the sentimental value. Of the peace . She explained that the necklace could not be repaired, she asked how long my mum had had the chain. I said possibly 2 years or so. The assistant came back and said she had asked the manager about the chain. She said her boss had said replace the chain. I was so happy she said the charms would clean up nicely. My mum always wanted to have a family holiday . I get 2 new charms that had travel on them . As I was going to spend this money on the repair. Thank you so much Bury the rock Pandora store. You really made my day . I am sure my mum would be grateful if she was here . A big thank you to you all .
