Very busy store, only 2 on the tills but served very quickly and the staff lovely and polite.

Only 1 till open between both genders with 2 cashiers making it a 25+ minute wait to check out with 1 item.
Meanwhile, there's 2 staff making casual conversation by the door, 4 dancers outside and a DJ playing horrible music.

Went in for a wedding suit and was served by the nicest person called Llewellyn. Honestly he was so helpful and I felt bad cos they were clearly understaffed and some sort of manager kept telling him to do the tills and I kept thinking why couldn't the manager do it. Luckily someone else did eventually come help but Llewellyn throughout was absolutely 5 stars despite seemingly being expected to do the job of 3 people which is out of his control, and sorted me out with measurements and ordered a suit in for me which they didn't have at the shop but I'd seen online. Interesting to see other reviews also mention understaffing!

Just want a leave a shout out to one of the staff there called Jennifer!! What a credit she is to the store and so helpful. She was so polite and had so much patience with us.we ordered some clothes for our son and she was so helpful. All next should have nice staff like Jennifer was.

Why is there no one available to help in the changing rooms.
Too busy chatting near the tills and when going to pay no one around on the tills.

Bit disappointed as most of the stock was T shirts and shorts. I realise its almost holiday season but not everyone is going away and wants the usual gorgeous blouses and tops.

Got a lot of confusing texts and emails (some conflicting) when picking up a collection order. Went to pick up and there were only 2 members of staff for the whole store with one more lady in the back that I saw. These poor staff need proper support to do their jobs without the stress of huge lines forming and everything. The package I got was also damaged even though marked as fragile. Never doing this again haha
