Absolutely awful experience today from a lady member of staff in store. As I entered in a fluster needing to return just 2 items I explained to the member of staff that I suffer with anxiety and if they could possibly help as being in a busy shop was really effecting me to the point of panic. The member of staff explained there was nothing she could do and couldn't serve me directly on a till to avoid me panicking further. This was the most embarrassing and demoralising moment, explaining my disability that I suffer with each day and to be offered no help, instead I was told 'if I had anxiety I wouldn't go shopping on a busy day'. I still now feel extremely upset and excluded, if my disability was visable would it be different??

3 daughters got vouchers for Christmas so took them all to spend them. The shop was clean but a little untidy. Could be better organised. Good range of items for sale. Only 1 lady on checkout and we had to wait quite a while for another lady to come and serve us. She missed an item that was in the basket and didn't seem to know what she was doing with the vouchers.

Staff are very helpful. Not much selection in terms of clothing/shoes. I tend to order online and collect in store.

Tried returning a phone case that I bought in store. At first they told me that I bought it online and I couldn?t return them in store. Then they tried saying I had a discount on them so couldn?t return it. Their final excuse was that the packaging was ?too damaged? just overall passive aggressive and beyond rude workers.

Newlook has a great selection of women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. It's situated in the pedestrianised shopping area of Burnley. Easy pay parking everywhere and limited free parking available.
