I been there for a saftey check for my car somehow they damage the car we agreed they replace my break disc and break pads and I take care of the scratches this was the deal .Many times I been there left my car there in the morning my car was checked at the last each time I been there there was as well a time where I picked up my car and they didn?t done anything.The first break disc they have fitted was cheap material my car was shacking when I was breaking I told them this they replaced the discHowever the break disc they have fitted was also cheap material when ever I break there is coming a bang noise anyway I have complaint to Halfords I told them everything what happened.I got a call from nation tyre in bury they told me to bring the car and they will sort out the problem I did not been there I have lost trust because my car was there at least 6 times 2 times I picked up my car and nothing was done because they did not have time.I took my car to an other garage and got break pads replaced I happily paid for it and they did it on the same dayThis is my experience with national tyre bury

I had 2 tyres changed recently and was looking at my bill for the work that had been done and i noticed i was charged £5 + Vat for my old tyres for you to remove for me I wasn't given the option to have them back . I live less than10 minutes from the nearest tip and could of saved £5 + Vat .Thats why I have given you 4 stars for thinking im made of money .

Friendly staff, fast, helpful service. Changed my two front tyres and had a free brake check. Also did an additional body check of the underside of the car and highlighted potential future issues. Excellent standard of customer service. I've had bad experiences at different NT/Halfords centres in the past in different regions so was a little nervous, but will certainly use Bury National Tyres again. Many thanks!

Went in for an MOT with half a tank of fuel came out with it one bar - nearly empty and an engine light that now won?t go off. Failed the MOT for non existent play in newly replaced ball joint?? Wish I?d stayed with the car now

Just had a quote for a centre piece/back box exhaust for my car (A Nissan juke) for £450.Took it to another garage in bury and just needed a centre piece, which included fitted for £150.How do they justify their price?s!!

Average did a health check never asked and messed my dashboard up took ages to sort out and tried to sell me tyres that weren't the right size.

Came here after another garage butchered my tracking and I was so reassured as I was scared to drive my car it was that bad. They let me test it before they finished to ensure I?m happy and gave 30 days guarantee. All staff are really friendly and will be going back for all my car needs now :)

Took my car on for a 4 wheel alignment on a Tuesday once I'd received the car back the tracking was worse then before so I phoned up and was assured they would sort the problem out taken back on the next day and same problem again collected the car and still wasn't right. Had to go to a different garage to get the work completed properly.
