I?ve been to this Nando?s before and it wasn?t great but was a while back so decided to give it another go today. Food was not the best, the halloumi cheese was undercooked so had to ask for it to be on the grill for an extra minute. The chicken was a bit pink too but just eat around that as didn?t want to ask further. Service wasn?t too bad. Atmosphere was like most Nando?s, fine. Food just not the best.

I?m Nando?s mad I work away a lot and because I have a a gluten allergy I like to go Nando?s because they are one of the best one out there.
So let?s get to the point I did a take away got my food and the guy told me where I could get my knife and fork and that from and not finish the level of service I get from other Nando?s because he was to interested to having a conversation with a female member staff so I help my self to all the things I needed for eating the food on my van but I was missing one thing. So went to the tell and ask can I have some of the peri salt because there was none. Making me longer. Next time plz donor give someone there bag till them all the thing are over there to go and chat up a fellow member staff.

The chicken was one of the best I've ever tasted I just absolutely loved the spice even though I'm not a spice type of person staff, lovely and the noise was a bit noisy since there were fans on that were a bit noisy but overall wonderful

Would avoid a family meal here. Waited for 45 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did it was burnt. The application did not work, so needed to order at the till. It only became apparent after asking that there was an issue, and I needed to wait about 10-15 minutes in a queue. Was unable to scan the Nandos Rewards card at the till, and was told they would sort it after. They didn't organise the card despite asking, and I had to ask again. I needed to complain about these issues, and new food was sent out. Other customers were angry too at the wait times, dirty interior and lack of attentiveness from the staff. The bottomless drink machine needed refilling, and the coke wasn't drinkable. Seemed a very dysfunctional restaurant and was an unpleasant experience. The management and staff did not seem to care which made it worse.

We had a racist experience in Nando?s. We visited Nando?s on Sunday and since it was full, we are asked to wait for 10-15 minutes. We had asked for a table for two and as we waited, two British people entered and were given the table right away, despite us already waiting to be seated. We continued to wait until the waitress gave us a corner seat. This is quite shameful and rather disrespectful!!

Ordered food sat around for 40 minutes ... everyone around us got fed... went to explain.. promised a quick takeaway before telling us there was no chicken left.. tripped over the mop as there was stuff chucked everywhere... then took 10 min to get a refund.. a hour I was there.. no food and shocking rude service... never again

The second time I have collected from here now, and the second time part of the order has been forgotten? not to mention it being 20 mins late from the time i scheduled to collect.
I am writing this review now as like both times I called to advise that part of the order was missing, in particular my children?s chips did not come, I was asked to wait and then hung up on!
The second time I have had to experience this ordeal and disappointment of getting home and missing half the meal you ordered for your family.
Honestly Nando?s sort it out!

Today i was eating alone & sometimes this can feel intimidating, but not today. I was greeted by Charlie, served by Charlie & he even filled my refillable drink for me. The food was spot on and the service was excellent. We'll done Charlie you are a credit to the company. Thanks again.

Always the hygiene issues in Nandos, why cant you clean the cutlery and glasses properly always dried food on them from the previous person who eat with them or drank from the glass.

Old chips mixed in with new but was sorted out shout to the lady that gave me half the bill back 5 for her chef 0 I've ate from hear 2x and the 1st time was great hence the second visit but was left disappointed hey up will try in a months time

20 minute wait for a table . Then sat down to be told order on phone only . Ordered food and drinks and waited 15 minutes before asked where drinks glasses were to be told there?s a problem with glasses but not when we will receive glasses. Asked for refund so could go elsewhere , manager said he would do it so left but would not give me a refund receipt as I ordered online. 90 minutes later no email of refund and the order still cooking on my app order. Had to ring Nando?s call centre to sort out refund and look like I lost my orange reward which I used in this situation . Never again .
