The service is really bad. Placed an order on Monday and was charged £4 for a 48hr shipping only for them to ship at a much later date (Surprisingly I'm in the exact same city they are in). To make matters worse 4 days after I still haven?t received the item and they keep saying it's not their fault. Offered numerous options on how to receive my item and all my suggestions have been declined by them. They have offered absolutely solutions. Day 5 waiting on my order and it still hasn't been sent. AVOID!

As a non British resident on holiday here I forgot to bring a medication, the team was very helpful and professional in processing and accepting my request kindly. Very grateful, brilliant service!

Great service, goods received next day,very help full on the phone, what I liked was it is in the u.k. so no need to take a chance with a pharmacy abroad never know what you will get,

Found this company online and was able to order Ventolin cheaper than the NHS and it was delivered next day
