Pls try make it make sense why on different occasions the food was colder then a glass of cold water and when it used to be open 24:7 it was shut at night ? along with there milkshake Machine never working at all

Collected a breakfast deal for my son , got home, opened bag and only had 3 hash browns?, went back store , they apologised and replaced order with a new coffee, got home they forgot put milk in coffee. Could understand if they were busy, but very quiet. I Only use mcdonald's for kids, as l dont rate the food, but previous time order was wrong as well. More training needed

Oil needed changing, double cheeseburger made to order tasted gross. The oil the nuggets were fried in was double gross. Couldn't get through on the phone to complain. Hit or miss.

Worst mcdonalds around by far, unless you get a breakfast, then its 2nd worst. And Don't even consider ordering, its always freezing and soggy. And im literally a 5 minute drive away.

Order wrong yet again.The staff are utterly incompetent.I asked the girl was everything there as this isn't the 1st time it's been wrong and through her vacant eyes she assured me it was.And also how they have the audacity to call it a fast food restaurant is completely beyond me.

Couldn't change the sauce on my wrap couldn't have extra salad couldn't change the sauce to mayo basically she wanted me to have a wrap she had already made so I left.. lazy practices

Most recently in many of the restaurants I've visited the service is becoming less fast food and more how long am I going to have to wait this time...I think since they have introduced the new £5 meal deal it has become better price wise as it was starting to get a little expensive. The hash browns and the apple pies need to make their two for £1 comeback also as individually they are too expensive.
