This franchise is simply awful, which is a shame because it used to be very good, I put it down to prioritising online orders over drve through customers, drive-through customer seem to be less of a priority, for instance we called in for a Big Mac meal which I think was 6.99 unbelievable we paid, went to the next window got our drink, girl at the window said can you drive to the third window, 10 minutes later we got our meal which was freezing cold, how could this happen, we thought the 10 minutes wait was so they could make a fresh Big Mac, I took the food back and asked to speak to the manager she said oh we're very sorry we will make you a fresh One. How come we waited 10 minutes for a freezing cold Big Mac and frise I said to the manager, do you not have any procedures to ensure this doesn't happen, she said all the food is checked before it is sent out, I said mine was freezing cold and took 10 minutes she seemed to be genuinely oblivious to why I was complaining. Having received my burger, I was stunned by the size of it absolutely tiny compared to a Big Mac say 2 or 3 years ago maybe they should call it a medium Mac, one good thing has come out of this I will never trouble McDonald's again.

I?m not normally one to complain however, this particular branch was shocking. I ordered my food online, which I normally do for ease. It took about 10 minutes for the drive thru server to answer me, and even longer to receive my food. I was there over half an hour in total. Bear in mind it was 3am and barely anyone around. Now this wouldn?t be an issue had the food arrived hot and fresh, this was not the case. It felt like it had been sat on the warm plate for the duration of my wait. Lukewarm, soggy and not flavourful at all.
Highly disappointing visit to a branch that I will avoid at all costs going forward.

Used to be one of the better McDonald's. Clean, tidy and efficient normally. Better to park in Tesco as hard to use the parking as drive thru a bit slow so usually has a queue. Lots of staff, but most seem to be on breaks, always a queue of food delivery drivyers waiting to collect orders. Toilets area smells bad! Better to walk for 5 minutes to the one on Bury high street which is better you'll still get back to car quicker than waiting here!

It was meant to be fast food. Sat in the car park for about 10 mins and food arrived. Would understand if part of it was hot, bur it was all cold. No excuse.

A standard McDonald's with drive-thru , which I used. The food can be very hit and miss throughout the McDonald's franchise, and on one occasion here, the chips were too deep fried! Sausage and egg McMuffin was wonderful.

They always get the order wrong here, have you waiting ages and then when it comes it's cold and the chips are always half of what they should be ?
