This review is for Morristons group not reflecing on the store staff.
?Heating permanently on high even when 30° outside. Impacting on stock and safe staff working conditions. Staff say repeatedly reporting to HQ.
?Broken fridge doors compromising safe storage temps.
? Stock rows of chilled soft drinks, confectionery and snacks. Plus low quality bargin basement items leaving space cluttered and not meeting needs of older local population.
? Staff numbers reduced to one on shop floor, with increased workload of online orders, impost and vinted
packages.
Staff hardworking, polite, helpful and kind. A credit to the brand and community.
Look forward to seeing changes to upgrade stars.

Air con is still stuck on hot, staff working in unbearable high heat and at risk of heat stress.
Shop floor remains cluttered with bathing basement items, shelves full of highly processed junk food and drink. Minimal fresh fruit and veg, yet you have a choice of chilled soft drinks three shelves high and 10 ft floor space.
*Lift has been out of order for 4 weeks. Crate after crate in daily delivering to be carried by hand to storage on first floor. No obvious increase in staffing level to support this.
Morristons seem to be trading on their name and overusing the goodwill of a hardworking staff team.

Had to go in with a Yahoo parcel. No one at the counter then a guy with a man bun eventually strolled over and served me like it was to much trouble. He was far from helpful and after he served me just walked away from the counter leaving me with the parcel, I had to ask him where should I leave it. He just said leave it at the side. No please or thank you. I felt I was disturbing him and he did not really want to serve me.

We Go in our local daily on Ainsworth Road on most days - the staff are very helpful especially Gemma who is very friendly and always go above and beyond and greets everyone with a smile, nothing is too much trouble , they do need more stock in as sometimes seems a bit limited and more offers instead of price increases.

Gave guy with glasses a tenner and bought one £5 top up voucher and one red bull and didn?t give me change back I basically paid £5 for one can of red bull how on earth did this dude get hired can?t even do basic math
