It was good experience, no items on the floor. Not a sales person in sight on the shop floor to ask for help to find items. It would be a Google idea to employ some staff.

Very festive instore and good choice of womens ,mens and children's clothing nice homewear too ,very warm and staff extremely helpful ,prices not too bad and parking is easy,bury store always has lots of choice and sizes in stock and no wait at tills .

Absolute shambles this store. Non of the staff know what theyre doing, and over 20 minutes waiting for a simple return. 6 members of staff behind the tills and only one person actually serving. Almost as if the staff are asleep.

This review is purely based on who Matalan have chosen and continue to allow to run their car park (Smart Parking). Con artists who make bogus charges and employ debt collection agencies to bully and harass people into paying. Matalan should cut ties with this dreadful company! Do not park in their car park. I am not alone, many others online have had the same experience. Please sort this out Matalan.
