Every time we visit Lush in Bury, we leave with huge smiles on our faces?and this visit was just as lovely as ever. I popped in with my partner for his birthday, and once again, the staff were absolutely amazing. They?re always so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You can tell they love what they do, and it really shows in the way they interact with customers. The team makes every visit feel special, and it?s such a lovely atmosphere to be in. Thank you for making our day extra special?can?t wait to come back again soon!

5 Stars for Bev at Lush Bury!
I just wanted to say how amazing Bev?s customer service has been?truly above and beyond. She was so kind and generous, even gifting us two bath bombs out of pure kindness, and it honestly meant so much. It made the whole experience feel really special, and I?ll definitely be coming back with the girls to purchase more! Thank you, Bev?you?re a star! Fantastic job, everyone needs a Bev at every lush store.

I went into this store the other day to ask about products to help sensitive skin, the Lady who showed me the recommended products was SO helpful, gave me loads of great advice on what products are made out of etc, she also put in a few little free testers for us to try it was so lovely of her to do !
The store itself is lovely and everything is very easy to find, their gift boxes are also awesome, I usually order online, but was so glad to go into the actual store and get some real advice on which products are best for my skin type. The customer service in this store is 10/10.

I prefer this one to the others as the staff don't jump on you as soon as you enter, they generally leave you be which is appreciated! Parking nearby is at the rock car park (one minute walk from carpark)
