Ben measured our house for free and Tom helped us pick out the best carpets and lino for our house. The dining room and lounge had been measured as a single room although we were considering two different floors, but in the end it was fine. Lakeland were very good at working with our schedule for doing the house on two separate days a couple of weeks apart. Phil, Danny and Mark were the ones who did the fitting. On the first day we asked for the leftover pieces of carpet. It seems like they hadn't planned to do the cupboard room but they did it when we mentioned it, although without underlay. A couple of things weren't quite right after the first time they came but they were able to fix them when they came the second time. However, on the second day they left a nail poking up through the carpet which we were fortunate enough to notice before stepping on it. We forgot to ask for leftover carpet from the second day but they should have offered it to us since we bought it. The end result looks great, although the carpet feels less soft in places as though the underlay has gaps.

Very impressed from choosing to fitting. Able to take decent size samples home. Free estimate given at house. Carpet fitted by Phil and Mark who were outstanding. Pleasant and did a great job and moved furniture without complaint. Would highly recommend and would use next time we need a carpet
