Called in this morning at 8:30 before work to see if I could get my engine coolant and water etc checked over ahead of a long drive back to Newcastle this evening (as something was running low and I didn?t have a clue what it was!)
Danny was so helpful and checked it straight away and it was sorted within 10 mins. Really appreciate your generosity and for putting my mind at rest.

Visited Kwik fit in Bury Gtr Manchester yesterday with my Peugeot 2008 and the gentleman who looked at my car was Danny. I have to say that I was very impressed and pleased with his professionalism, manners, honesty and work.
I will definitely be returning for this young man to repair my car again. It?s both rare and refreshing to find the quality Danny portrayed. Thank you again Danny.

Superb service - couldn?t give me an appointment at late notice but told me to bring it down to see what they could do. They managed to find a spot to do a full brakes check - as no issues found, there was no charge! Brilliant customer service - thanks!

Had a battery changed this morning. Booked in at 9am was out at 9.25am. The guys i spoke to were very nice and friendly. A couple of other customers were served while I was there and they were all dealt with really pleasantly.

I had two new tyres fitted on my Porsche Taycan. The staff were friendly, highly efficient, and went the extra mile by checking the air pressure on all tyres and torqueing every wheel nut twice. Outstanding service!

Was told to bring my car here by my tyre insurance company. Booking in process was very simple and credit to Jamie who booked me in, nice guy and had a good chat with him, talked me through the process and how they have to do an inspection report and wait for authority from the company, and bit of a long winded process and could be made easier to get the authority quicker but good experience overall. Thank you boys for getting me back on the road safely

Brilliant set of lads in there, spoke to danny and connor regarding a problem with my wheel alignment/ tracking, very professional and good service, at first i thought it was abit on the dear side but once the lads explained to me about the equipment they use and how accurate it is the price is justified, bringing all my family here from now on.

Very professional set of lads in here, went in with my tyre light flashing and they quickly got my car on the ramp and used a machine to check, quoted me a very good price and I have now booked in with them to have my sensors replaced. Big shout out to the manager Danny, definitely an asset to the company.

I DON?T RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!!
I was told to contact the branch by my tyre insurance provider to arrange a replacement.
Tyre ordered and fitting date agreed, but you are held to ransom on the day of fitting , they say claim has been declined but don?t tell you why. It transpires they lie to the insurance provider that other tyres on car have low tread. This is not correct because the car had a health check as part of its service a couple of days before.
I kick up a fuss and let them know this and what do you know, claim passes and tyre gets fitted.
Miserable staff, dishonest and lie for their commission. To the management, you lose out on long run with these tactics and i will encourage other to avoid kwik fit.
