It took 10 mins to take my order even though there was no one in front of me. And then it seems they can never get an order correct. After asking for chicken legs and it showing on my receipt I was given chicken breaststroke along with mini fillet burgers with no bun or sauce. Once again KFC didn't disappoint in disappointing me.\\nIt's a good job my wife likes KFC

Cleanliness wasn't or seem to be a priority, some staff not friendly, some were great, food was great.\\n\\nStill worth a visit as I'm sure this was a one off, don't let my experience put you off.\\n\\nWill call again to see if any improvements.

Very poor visit, I visit today 30th August around 7.20 the drive through KFC at Bury, the wait was so bad that my self and a few more cars behind me left without been served, inside was empty so I don't understand the massive delay that enfurieted me and other drivers to drive off. VERY VERY BAD.

Found a Hair in food. I thought this was bad until I notice my food covered in metal bits. The manager said the metal is from the trays, so I asked why you are not replacing flakey metal equipment. The manager said he don't know. This matter been reported to the food standard agency.

I ordered a zinger burger meal. The chicken was thin and the chips were slightly overdone with no crispiness. Slightly over priced for was I got. I only went in there cos I was hung over and fancied some junk food. It wasn?t anywhere near as good as I remember being a child. The quality has definitely declined.

Not bad mash is not to standard. Not tasteless taste like instant. Chicken was good. Staff was friendly.

Worst place to eat the customer service in there was shocking by Joe the way he spoke to us when placing the order food cold and some missing and the manager has a bad attitude aswel definitely more training needed also when asked to heat my baby food up they point blank refused by child has issues with swallowing so needs puree foods all in all utter disgusting I rate them 1 star cos no stars isn't an option. Never again!!!

I went to get a bucket after a long day at at work to find that they had run out of chicken. They must of had a problem with deliveries. 98% of the time i have not come across any other problems. Within the premises it is kept nice and tidy. And the drive through is quick. Although bare in mind when deiving there you have to be on the right side of the road or yoi wont be able to turn into the premises

Customer service shocking..Joe needs some more training as does the manager!!Asked for breast pieces and got told I could only have 2 in my order..even after waiting over 15 mins??Even the manager was not wanting to part with another breast piece..Just nonsense!! What about customer satisfaction. Out the window. Also overheard another lady getting a refund due to chicken being undercooked. Overall not a good experience
