Was told at 7 am this morning my delivery woukd be mid morning now it?s mid to late afternoon
No explanation, no apologies, the guy on the phone did not actually give a shit and was less than useless on the phone

I spent plus 700 and he charge me 50 pound for delivery charge and they took 1 week to deliver it this company is a rip off recommend you don't go to this place. When we went inside the shop the staff didn't show any respect st all.

Disgusting customer service I was giving a order to them and whilst he was taking my order he went a and sat down. I asked who was the manager and he said it was him then I was told go place an order somewhere else I'm not bothered. Terrible service getting told to go order somewhere else wouldn't recommend

Great customer service from Janine who gave me travelling instructions, Concr who was extremely helpful in pricing and advice on timber, james who did a excellent job on cutting and loading my vehicle was also helpful and professional advice in general Joinery had a great experience will visit this site again went to B and Q and sadly asked 4 members of staff for advice and assistance and they were not very helpful at all so this JEWSON experience was 5 star at n all departments the cherry on the cake was james nothing any problem with a good smile and helpfulThank YouAAZAM
