Asked a girl behind the till can you please open the changing rooms, looked at me so miserable and never said a word just opened the door, she then served me without speaking at all with a face like thunder, no manners what so ever no thank you not even a mumble, no social skills at all!!!

So I had a problem with an item I bought online. Firstly it was sent to me with one tag on a shoe and the other off the shopfloor. This was exchanged at the Trafford Centre where the staff were wonderful about it and apologetic. Four and a half months later a fault develops and JD Customer services were quick to offer me a refund. So I attended to my local store Woodfields Retail Park, Bury where I cannot fault any of the staff. They may be young, but they were so attentive, helpful and really keen to help me. Thank you to the young gents and ladies there. You should be recognised for your great customer service. A very happy customer. Keep it up ?

Unbelievably rude staff.. the girl who served me never looked me in the eye, never said anything, no please or thank you, screwed the item up and almost threw it at me

Absolutely useless was rude in store when I ordered over £200 worth of stuff, no conformation of it being in store over a week later. Could not track my order said incorrect. rang the store over 50 times for 3 days no answer! Rang a different JD store who helped me and confirmed my order was actually at the store waiting collection. Weeks prior to this I bought a pair of new balance trainers from this store to get home to two different coloured laces !

New Store Layout is very nice feels more spacious and good new items in. Only thing to introduce is student discount in store as all other shoe brands allow it

Put two different sizes of shoes in the box, had to go back, which cost money. No apology or ownership from the three girls whatsoever. Maybe learn a bit of humility. Non existent customer service. I would not be writing this if I had a quick sorry about that.
