Just wanted express how greatful I am for my sale with Andrew today, he was truly amazing, no rushed sale whatsoever, made sure I fully understood my warranties and insurance, great care advice on my ring and just a lovely guy in general, had a great chat with myself and my dad, couldn't score him out of 10 because it was easily over that! If he isn't a manager he absolutely should be! Please make sure he is recognised for his hard work! Will absolutely be returning. Thanks for everything Andrew! xo

Went into your Bury store today for a browse. A young lady called 'Ruby' politely asked if I needed assistance. She was a breath of fresh air. Helpful but not pushy and I had a thoroughly pleasant experience. I was pleased with my purchase and came out of the store with exactly what I wanted. They really wanted a piercing however they were so nervous when it came to sitting in the chair but you was brilliant. Excellent touch, to receive a certificate of bravery after in a bag with the lotion and some sweets. Nice one Andrew

Fantastic customer service! My husband had bought me a beautiful necklace from the Bury store which a few days later was reduced from 95 to 65 pounds.
I went in today and Hannah and Andrew were so accommodating and really kindly refunded me the difference. As requested, they gave me a giftcard with the 30 pounds on! They both were so lovely and I cant wait to buy my next purchase! X It makes so much difference when the staff are so nice!
