The store didn't have the ring I wanted in my size, they said they would order it and it would be available in 10 days, but I would be notified if this was any different it also states this on the receipt). I went to the store 10 days later, the ring wasn't there! I made two phone calls the following week and it still wasn't there. It finally arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it and, again, I had to call them to find out!The staff weren't very helpful and said "it's an automated service and I would have received a text/email to tell me whether it had arrived or not" They didn't seem to believe me when I said I had received no such notifications! Having also paid for insurance at the time of buying the ring, I then had to arrange for the start date to changed.Not sure I would shop at F Hinds again "

The assistant in store was lovely and friendly. I explained what I was looking for and asked to see a few options, which she brought for me. Her product knowledge was excellent. Suzanne explained the benefits of each item, gurantees etc and let me make my own mind up with no pressure and with no pushy sales techniques. A joy! Good old fashioned customer service, taking an interest in why we were purchasing, what our plans were and such a lovely experience in-store. All adjustments made for me perfectly. You don't get service like that on-line! Thanks Suzanne.

Recently visited the Bury store as a bracelet that was bought for me as a gift for Christmas broke. I can't fault the customer service very professional, we was greeted by a cheerful young man. Who said they would happily replace it, I opted for a different bracelet and was issued a new receipt. No problems whatsoever.
