“First visit to Vision Express, Bury. I received a very pleasant greeting from a very professional lady called Winnie. Took me through the whole process and introduced me to the optician. All examinations completed in a very professional way, with each step explained.
Taken back to Winnie to choose my new glasses and again, everything was clearly explained. Very competitive prices on the glasses I decided on, and given clear guidance on delivery. Very professional service throughout and I felt valued and supported throughout my visit.

“I received a thorough eye test and examination of my eyes, including glaucoma test. I also decided to have a photographic test which was very affordable. It was comfortable and informative.
The drawback was a long wait for a member of the staff following the test to give me a quotation for new glasses. Also, no help was given to choose new frames.
In addition, the dissapointing thing is that I can't never take advantage of the offers as I need custom made verifilcal and thinner lenses which inflates the overall price considerably. Difficult to afford for a pensioners. This is reflected in my rating.”
