“Visited the store to look for a good quality pair of sunglasses. I was served by Caroline who was brilliant. She was so patient with me as well as being very professional and helpful. After trying on many glasses and with Carolines help I found the perfect pair.”

“When I visited the store the staff member made me and my Dad feel welcome . He was really helpful towards me and took his time, he did not rush me at all, which I appreciated a lot. He really went out of his way. As well as this, he advised me on frames which weren’t good for me (as I asked him about them), he stated the reason why too which I liked. Furthermore, whenever I asked him out of two frames which he thinks suits me more he would tell me . In addition to this, when I narrowed it down to two frames which I liked the most, I asked him which he thinks are better, in which he replied saying he can have his opinion but it’s what I like , this was nice of him as he was considering my needs a lot. I would highly recommend Specsavers, Bury.”
