Had a great experience with Evans Halshaw employee Adil. From start to finish he was attentive and patient and helped me purchase a car I have been wanting for a while. He wasn't pushy but gave you all the information you needed to make your decision. Can't thank Adil enough for all his help.

We attended to look at a Ford Focus - we wasn?t pestered or rushed, just allowed to look in our own time. We spoke to Dylan who helped us find a car we LOVED and talked us through the whole process. They arranged for the car to be transferred from Chester, completely hassle free. Dylan was fab - very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Well where do I start this has to be the worst customer service I have ever recieved, I bought a vehicle at the end of March with 3 months warranty. The company state a 123 point check which is not done I drove the vehicle home and within 2 days I noticed an oil leak and a knocking. Called bury site and they said to call my nearest Evan?s halshaw which I was happy to they couldn?t get me in for couple weeks later so left with oil leaking on my driveway. Took it to the garage to be told I couldn?t have a courtesy vehicle due to none been available so left me without a vehicle for a week with a 5 month old baby. Told there was 2 problems the oil.leak and a tracking rod end had snapped. I get the vehicle back and within 6 weeks the engine management light come on spoke to Paul who I believe is the sales manager told me to book it in again at a local Evan?s halshaw I called several garages but could only get me in by a certain date, this caused me to take time off work stress and unable to do food shopping in a vehicle I don?t know what?s wrong with. Everytime I called I got fobbed off and told different things by different people telling me things like drive to a garage and get it put on a computer at my own cost. Telling me to drive it over 80 mile with the engine management light on to there garage but werent willing to sort me a courtesy vehicle. After the vehicle went into Evan?s halshaw the engine light come back on the next day when leaving another 2 times at which now 3 weeks on they have apparently found the issue. I have been respectful throughout but this caused me out of pocket in fuel time off work and stress not having a vehicle I had spent a lot of money on. I made 2 complaints which it says a response will be had within 48 hours and still never got a response 2 weeks later. I was reasonable asking for extended warranty for only the time my vehicle has been off the road to give me abit of confidence in the vehicle and Evan?s halshaw at which I was ignored, this is a vehicle which has been in the garage 4 times in the space of 4 months and I haven?t had a apology once. This is my first time buying a car from Evan?s halshaw and it certainly will be my last my advice would be stay away from used vehicles from here discustjng customer service. I?ve only give a 1 star cos I?ve had to to post.
