The website said 'open' yesterday so I trawled the 52 mile round trip only to find the place all shuttered up. I phoned him, couldn't get through. The man is grumpy on the phone and since the older man retired the business has gone down hill. I've bought two mattresses from them over the years, I won't be back.

Brilliant company to deal with both on the phone and e-mail. So helpful and knowledgeable. Now bought several orthosoft mattresses for us, my daughters and step daughters. Recommend 100%. Ordered on Wednesday evening and delivered by 10am Friday morning. Helpful delivery men as well. Wish all companies were like this to deal with.

Fantastic company to deal with and much cheaper than the competition.I was initially somewhat sceptical as the relaxsan mattress I was looking for was £60 cheaper here compared to everywhere else online and it seemed to good a price to be true. I was also somewhat unsure as this company does not have many reviews online either.However, I bit the bullet and decided to order the mattress I wanted and placed there order online. I received a phone call within 24 hours informing me they were out of stock but that the stock was going to arrive the next day and also the day that it should be with me. The mattress arrived on schedule and excellently wrapped. I opened the mattress and it was exactly as promised. I?m amazed that this company does not have more reviews!!! I am already looking at ordering from them again as my initial order was only 1 mattress to see if the company was any good.Thanks Dreamtyme!! I can?t recommend them enough.
