Ordered on the app, when I want to the shop to pay they wanted me to pay a different price to what was agreed. Appalling business practice. Not going back.

Never again! Awful food and service! Ordered a meal on uber eats but they didn't send chips and drink (see pic below) but they tell me i only ordered burger. Food was cold and stale, the hash brown must have been sat there since yesterday, black and soggy but still thought it's ok to send out. Customer service was poor and didn't offer to rectify anything. Will never order again. Very disappointing! How can you send food out like that?

Tasteless food. My experience with dixy was so bad. fries was soggy and burgers and wrap are tasteless no lettuce and no sauce was there into the burgers. Waste of money and time. Bad management from their side.
