I ordered a printer ink yesterday, waited two hours for a collection email that never arrived. As was doing a Tesco shop next door I thought I would pop in and enquire if it was ready. After hanging around the collection desk for 5 minutes it became clear I wasn't getting served anytime soon so I went to Costa for a coffee to await my collection email.
45 Minutes later and still no email so I went back to the store. One other customer was waiting at the desk and she hadn't had an email either...unfortunately for her when she was eventually served her item was out of stock, which of course meant a longer wait for me as I was ignored by several members of staff who appeared to be busy doing SFA.
Grudgingly I was eventually served by another lady who clearly was put out that she'd been asked to help out, I found the whole experience disappointing and I definitely would not recommend using the Bury store.

The instore service was ok but the installation service was terrible. The younger guy just didn't want to do anything but argue and leave it all for us to remove the old dryer and push the new one into place. He didn't even unplug the old one. Just an unpleasant lazy guy ruining the services overall image.

I have been to many Curry's shops and normally they are overly friendly really however yesterday the sales advisor was awful. While I was trying to get advice and answer for my question he was to busy worrying about a different customer that wasn't being seen too. Talking over me when I was asking questions and not really bothered in helping me purchase my TV. I wouldn't recommend this store if you need help with anything

Usual electric fair. The staff are well trained and usually sort out any issues that I encounter. Trusted them with purchases of my white goods.

Terrible service, most Tvs not in stock to take away.
Spatial sound and Vision in Bury town centre is so much better.
They gave me great advice, after sales care and most tvs come with a 5 year warranty. Why go anywhere else

I had an issue with my phone, I?m not the most the most technical of people. I went in the store unannounced and Adam very patiently took the time to resolve my issue there and then. Everything sorted and a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely brilliant customer service.

I recently purchased a fridge/freezer from Curry?s at Woodfield Retail Park and was served by Shahid. What a lovely experience! Shahid was so knowledgeable and polite, explained everything and made it so easy. I shall definitely shop at Curry?s again and shall look out for Shahid! Thank you

The assistant was extremely helpful and even though it was in in the store, he suggested I ordered online and pick up in store. The website suggests that you could pick up in as little as one hour, but when I ordered, from outside the store, the collection day was two days later!

Currys Bury. Lots of staff not doing very much and 1 person on customer service . When I asked could anyone else help was told I had to wait for that person. Faulty coffee machine can't exchange or refund needs to go to Delonghi for repair. Dont have a problem with that but 4 to 5 weeks. Called Delonghi they said no way 5 to 10 days. When I put this to the young lady at customer service the reply was it doesn't get done straight away, its done when they have time. Maybe if the half a dozen staff that were standing around doing nothing could have helped????
Next time I'll go to ARGOS.

Brilliant. Bought a gaming pc for my son. Hashim the manager was so helpful. Guided me through the insurance etc. He even listened while I told him my life story lol. Very patient n nice guy. Picked the desktop up the day after as they had installed the McAfee security and made the pc ready to go so no messing about when I got home. Will deffo use this store again. Thanks to all of u for Ur help n support ??????????????????
