If you want a tuna and spinach buttie be my guest coffee is always nice but I preferred the original Tesco cafe.... they would not allow me to eat my meal deal I bought from Tesco however bought the good coffee from Costa a couple of them and they violently threw me out just for eating a proper sandwich whilst I drank my coffee 10 or so year since that incident and I've never visited a Costa since then.... think twice a week getting a large coffee every time for 10 year place is toss

It's a Costa in a Tesco. Am not expecting the world but what I really don't expect is the whole service area being dedicated to fulfilling Just Eat/Deliveroo orders.
Nearly ten minutes waiting for a coffee even though there was only one other IRL customer in front of me and this whilst my food order has been sat going cold for five minutes.
Throw in a passive-aggressive waitress and ta-da! One star review.

Overall a great place to have coffee, especially prior to shopping in Tesco. Sometimes service can be a little slow but tolerable. However too many people just sit at tables, usually a table for 4, and sit there with no drinks working on their laptops.
This needs sorting out.

usually love costa but went today and got told to leave by ginger staff felt really uncomfortable and wasn?t a welcoming atmosphere at all very disappointed ??

For a long time we have been going regularly in a morning (8 ish) recently there has only been one member of staff at peak time with long queues ! I beg the question why this has happened as it was always two staff and no queues? Not happy customer !!

Great service from the staff here, very friendly. Food and coffee is as expected at a Costa. Only downsides are the place looks like it needs a really good clean in both the seating areas and behind the counter. Flies buzzing around. The checkout bleeping is quite irritating.
