Got an email saying order picked 2 hours ago, still not been delivered. No one answering the phone and 10 minute wait to get through to CO OP customer services. My order includes frozen and cold items so where are they and how have they been stored since being picked?

Twice only part of an Uber eats order sent to the value of £20-30 of missing items each time. Items left in shop and not handed over to driver via coop staff. Another order via Uber eats they sent a bunch of flowers that were clearly dead. Huge trouble getting my money back on each occasion . Will never shop here again. Coop staff unhelpful and uninterested on each occasion.

There is an offer on for a free coaster with 10 Cruzcampo for £11.50 or a coaster can be purchased individually for £1.00. However when the coaster scanned at the till it was for £5.00 and the ?hapless? staff didn?t have a clue. I ended up having to pay £5.00 for an advertised £1.00 item as they didn?t know how to adjust the price at the till and it created a huge queue at the till. Given my anxiety if not wanting other people to have to wait so long, I had to pay the incorrect price of £5.00 and not the advertised £1.00. In hindsight I should have taken 5 coasters. Will not be frequenting here again.

Great ladies that work here but the deliveroo / Uber machine takes priority over customers in the shop , not the staffs fault as they are told by management to deal with deliveroo / Uber first

The co op in general is getting better on price and isn't that far off the big stores for some things,.still a few prices to give you a shock scattered around but the member deals can be good.

Been there since ages. Ample free car park.Cash machine available at door step.Next to bus stop very convenient location. Really friendly staff. Always very helpful and they have a wide range of products.Just some things a little upward priced but paid for availability.Currently undergoing renovation. Refitting is happening these days hence a small pop up shop has been established to support local community. Very kind of management to do so during these times and retaining jobs locally.Kudos Co-Op Team.

If you want to be served efficiently or in a friendly manner dont bother with this place. A little word of advice from somebody who works in the service industry.......If you're going to leave someone in a queue stood there for best of 5 minutes waiting, you may want to acknowledge them at least and maybe apologise for the wait????
