Young tall guy with half a moustache on the till was the rudest thing. no change in the till but wouldn't check the till. couldn't make my purchase because he was just unhelpful. ridiculous shop ?

Not happy with the costumer service went in 20 mins before closing for some bits for my sons birthday there were two members off staff on a chubby blonde lady and a young man who was lovely but the lady was pulling faces and huffing and puffing when she seen me looking at helium
Balloons to purchase and was nodding her head and doing eye contact with the other member off staff due to them probably having to do the ballons I bought 6 ballons in total and the young man served me while the lady was still pulling faces saying i have bought so many ballons ! Surly it?s a gift shop and ballons are sold there it should not matter how many a costumer purchases her attitude stunk and she needs to be taught costomer service skills I have worked in retail for over 15 years I would not dare come across to a costomer with that kind of attitude I won?t be bothering to shop at this branch any more.

Stopped in for some sympathy cards, as well as a second trip for thank you cards and there was a great selection and the young gentleman there today 24/06/2024 was so helpful and kind.

Went in to Card Factory the other day for a card and a helium balloon, Fantastic service, polite staff, excellent selection of stock from cards, balloons, candles, Teddy bears, gift bags etc, Very reasonable prices if you are on a budget and very knowledgeable staff 5?
