A truly dreadful experience at this motorway service station last night. I arrived at 10:25 pm, hoping for a quick bite from KFC, only to find it already closed for the night. This left Burger King as the only viable option, which turned out to be a massive mistake. The prices were absolutely extortionate, far beyond the usual motorway mark-up. I reluctantly ordered a meal and a coffee, and both were shockingly bad. The food was lukewarm and tasteless, and the coffee was like bitter, burnt water. It was a complete rip-off. I'd advise anyone to avoid it.

Brilliant service, lovely staff and very helpful. The item we wanted was out of stock and man named niall was very happy to help and offer many different options. All the staff were very efficient and very nice.

Had a rough day and decided to treat myself with some BK today. Place wasn?t busy and Saad was being trained by his colleague Scott. Both guys were quirky and funny which made me forget for a second about the hardships of the day.
After I ordered I barely dropped my belongings at the table to learn my food was ready! Everything was nice and hot. Next time I?m at Charnok Richard I?ll strongly consider popping in for a Memphis BBQ again.

Lucy served me, approximately 4pm on Sunday afternoon outstanding customer service, huge smile, lots of eye contact, very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional. Not very often you see a genuine smile and interaction. Pleasant interaction. Front of house area clean and tidy, tables cleaned as tables vacated.
Food was freshly prepared.

Very cold dining area, chips lukewarm, Burgers just slightly more so. Quite disappointing considering the cost.

Terrible. Food wasnt even that good never mind the fact that there were dead flies all around us while we were eating!! Worst cleaned place I've ever seen. Took ages aswell. Wrote a letter to them telling them about the dead flies and everything and they didn't even reply!

Ordered Mocha but delivered cappuccino. They tried to say this is mocha. Fries were completely dried up. Not worth eating here.
