“Recently visited the tool station in bury. It was an emergency stop as I was on a job in the area at the time and realised I was short on some equipment. I quickly stopped off at the shop to be greeted by one of the members of staff Kyle.
He was very friendly and was efficient in his service. He made everything easy for me and I was on my way with everything I needed in no time. Would definitely recommend”

“Really helpful customer assistant. Wish I could remember his name.Called in late afternoon Saturday. Items we wanted assistant said had to be ordered; wouldn't arrive until midday Sunday. No good for us as we were leaving the caravan site Sunday morning.Then something came into his mind and he looked on computer and the items were in stock in the Bolton store. Said we could pay and then go off and collect them immediately.Brilliant. Did this. Saved us having to drive much further distance to our local Screwfix when we got home.Many thanks”
