Half hearted and dismissive delivery service meant waiting in most of the day for a small attempt of getting a sofa upstairs .went back to the store very unhappy got a refund for sofa but not the delivery service and a half hearted apology not which was rudely interrupted by another store member who found something else funny.I know it's a charity but this was a terrible service. Not again.

Lovely shop, some great finds with good prices and accommodating staff. Perhaps one of the best charity shops for books in Bury as they have a huge selection.

Quality is good, but the layout of the shop is a health and safety hazard. No one can move past each other and god forbid you have a pram/walker you'd spend half your life trying not to get tangled in the items and/or manouvering round the place.

A nicely kept store, perhaps a bit too small as it always seems quite busy.
Seems to sell slightly higher quality items than some of the other charity shops.

Pretty decent charity shop that a bit mentally had loads of Christmas stuff in the windows and in the shop itself this early. Strange. Other than this, its the usual story here- mismatched clothes with the occasional find such as a high necked polka dot blouse that i rescued from here. Random bits to decorate the house, videos and DVDs. The layout and general order in here (not to mention cleanliness) is much more desirable than in some ramshackle charity shops. And I like that. You can shabby chic without actually being shabby. They must have good volunteers here who put the time in.
