Had a worse experience of check in out on the till. There was only self check out till and I had to do cashiers job!!! Am i getting paid for that? ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! Will never shop there again. Dystopian shop, do not go there if they support that.

I visited the store today to pick up a prescription for a friend then proceeded to find in store what I was looking for. I found what I wanted. I've a disability I'm deaf so I'm looking round for a till operator to find I couldn't see one so I asked a member off staff who was walking down, I didn't realise that it was self service? noticed the lady had a no7 badge on she was like ( pointing there he will help) I explained I'm deaf and she looked at me and went there! Pointing! I found that so rude.

I have just visited Boots in Bury as I wished to purchase some No 7 Foundation however wanted some advice on choosing the right shade. I stood around the counter hoping one of the two assistants would offer to help me however one just stood there putting her makeup on and the other was too busy talking to another assistant so in the end I walked out in frustration. I was annoyed too as I had offers on my Advantage Card which run out in 4 days so will miss out on them now. Extremely poor customer service sorry.

Don?t bother getting your prescriptions sent here it would be quicker to pick it up from your GP then go collect from a pharmacy yourself. Suppose to be quicker but in reality it takes twice as long.

Absolute shambles of a service on item delivered to store. One message to tell me item delayed, no further communication. Order sent back to warehouse after less than 24 hours in
store.

The pharmacy here is dreadful. The staff treat you as a massive inconvenience. I went to buy an over-the-counter medicine, waiting for ages at the till on the pharmacy counter, staff in the pharmacy doing their best to ignore me. Eventually the pharmacist sauntered over and proclaimed: do you want something? A complete look of contempt of their face.
I politely said: Yes. The response: you need to wait over there. They indicated to the prescription drop off counter. There is no sign, rope or any other indicator of how to queue. And there was no-one waiting at the prescription drop-off counter.
I am usually a pretty reasonable person, but this was just openly and unashamedly passive aggressive behaviour towards a customer.
I left and went to Tesco Pharmacy next door. As I walked out, the pharmacist yelled 'Bye' in a condescending tone.
And Boots wonder why they are having to close 300 store in the next 12 months.

Rang the pharmacy before as asked by a health care professional and they put the phone down on me as I was explaining why I was asked to ringing.

Lisa and Scott are both excellent members of staff. I was there recently where there was a confrontation with a customer who was making false allegations and they both dealt with it very professionally. I have been to this boots many times and have always had excellent service every single time.

Disgusted with Lisas customer service today. This woman is so pathetic she thinks anyone not white should be a thief! She treated us with so-much attitude from the start when we were finding the right shade of lipstick and eye concealer, saying this so you can check cameras as proof.
I was at the till helping my friend with her Klarna when she came behind her colleague Scott and told him quietly ?she needs to pay for those in her hand as well? , she was guessing that I am not going to pay just because I was helping my friend? Just before us there was a white woman who exited and her exit started the alarm off but they didn?t care because she?s white! But I came from the gym, and I don?t even look cheap or rough so I don?t know if there were other factors other than me being Asian and darker coloured that made her make such assumptions and be so rude!
That?s disgusting behaviour, never again will I come back to this horrible Boots with people who think they have things stuck up their behinds! What a shameful behaviour.. I hope they don?t belittle other customers like what they did to us! My friend wasn?t even offered to buy a bag for her items that cost her £150! And she was so upset with that womans attitude that one of her max factor items dropped out of her hand and the case broke already!

Same old Boots overpriced products which you can get anywhere, perfume staff always looking down their noses, still there is a massive selection to choose from.

Staff are so rude!! Waiting in the queue, when a member of staff decided to open a second till she gestured to a lady behind me, I was next in line. She completely overlooked me. As I was using my advantage points she very rudely said I couldn?t use the points as I wasn?t allowed to part pay. My previous boots in a different area always allowed this. I commented ?oh okay rules must have changed? she abruptly said ?ITS ALWAYS BEEN THIS WAY?. Why Boots do you have this shop open? All members of staff I have noticed are rude and belittling!! From the pharmacy to the shelf restockers! Thank you for your consideration. AWFUL not necessary.
