Am a support worker,ordered bed & wardrobe & chest of drawers way back in September, explained to store this purchase is for supported living work is08.00 - 17.00 & delivery was put on 03/10/23, a few days to the date, got message delivery will be 16/11/23, today at 06.30 got call that delivery will be in 30 minutes at 07.00. I explained they have rang my mobile number & I was still at home I start work at 08.00. They did not want to listen, proceeded to property & obviously there was no one to receive items, service user is now distressed, was looking forward to new bed. Now am calling store & only going on voice mail.Frustrated ? ? ?
