Friendly service and accommodating as i was in a mobility scooter in store, and the sales lady got me some discounts..
Matress was delivered about half hour earlier than the between times you get given..they did all the lifting taking old matress one away, sorted out all the packaging and put new on the bed frame.

Your colleague Yasmin in the Bury store was so lovely and very helpful with helping us decide which wardrobe and bed side units to go for.
Her customer service is outstanding and should we ever need any more bedroom furniture we will be sure to pop into the Bury store and ask for Yasmin again.

Glynn was great with our needs. Not a pushy sales man. Down to earth helped support and advice spot on with knowledge. Made sure everything we required was met. Didn?t upsell or push to buy. Just gave honest and truthful advice.

Walked in looking for a new mattress, walked out 20 minutes later having thoroughly tested a dozen matresses, lighter in the pocket but with a quality mattress that should last 10 years or more (according to the knowledgable sales lady)

Total disaster of communication, delivery ? . Ordered mattress, base , headboard on 27/10/2024 . Was promised by store staff this would be delivered on the 10/12/2024, the delivery date was confirmed via email too. A few hours before scheduled delivery received a phone call that only the mattress will not be delivered . For common sense reason I refused to accept delivery unless the mattress arrives too. The delivery order was rescheduled on three separate occasions with only a few hours notice that the mattress would not be delivered!. BensonsForBeds did not care that I suffered lost of earnings because on three occasions had to rearrange work commitment ( working full time ) collecting child from school. Finally my order arrived on Thursday 23/01/2025 . Mark and Brendon , great staff members , very helpful, polite. They both were the most positive aspect of this horrible experience.Three of us noticed that headboard worth more than £470 was soaked and also two pillows soaked and dirty . Because allegedly I received pillows for free while buying the mattress , I accepted to take pillows ( please see the attached photos) but I refused to accept soaked, damaged headboard, Mark and Brendon supported my decision and they took it back reassuring me that BensonsForBeds would issue me new headboard and install it . That means I am awaiting now another visit and more likely again lies of rescheduling the visit.
When Mark and Brendon left I inspected the base and found dirty spot , damaged area ??very nice taking into account I paid £648. Please see the attached photos .
For sure I will not be making more business with BensonsForBeds.
They are the first to charge you but the last to deliver quality , being honest, maintain transparent and honest communication and follow made obligations.
The mattress is so far fine but I do not hold my breath.

Top marks all round - given time, guidance and plenty of chances to try, ask questions and make a decision. Good service. Lots of reminders re delivery, then exactly as advised - a call half an hour before delivery so no waiting in. The lads delivering were friendly and courteous, removed old mattress and replaced with new in quick time. Big thumbs up for them. Very pleased with the whole process.

I poped in the store just to look. We where treated by the store manager, very police, down to earth, explaind what I was looking for that i had a few medical issues that need to be taken in to consideration. The manager showen me and let me lay on a few he thought would be ideal. The very first mattress I lay on was the one I ended up buying. I tested about 6 in total. Safe to say, im now having the best night's sleep I have had in a long time. Highly recommend the Bury store, they know what they are doing.
