I have been customer for many years with Michelle who does very good. Went in to get new deal on mortgage but the great mortgage lady Jan has left and they now have no one in building to help me I don't want to do it on phone. However I have found Jan and done my mortgage at her new place of work. If you want mortgage find Jan Templin on her Facebook and she help you.

Put a less racial front desk employee. She acted as if she owned the frickin bank. That Fat woman denied service for me for my skin color. I could see it on her face. I approached her twice to get an activation code which I was instructed to get from the bank by their own employee. She said I need to get the debit card first which is in vain as I had applied before 14 days and the best reply She could give before she endlessly scrolled on her phone was wait another 7 days. I hope yall go broke.

Staff shortage at in my case crucial times. There is a meeter greeter but afternoons are busy but not enough staff.

Don?t care about customers,I?m first attempt they didn?t solve the problem and booked me at 1:15 pm with lady called Louise came 15 minutes late didn?t even realised that she kept me hold for 15 minutes didn?t say hello to the customer very rude behaviour might be coz of colour .

Absolute joke almost every time I come here, either desk is not open and have about 10 staff members helping everyone to use a cash machine after queuing for machine my cheque is unreadable and on a Friday must come back Monday! Wanting to make a joint account need to call in just to book an appointment. No wonder banks are closing rapidly. Absolutely useless 8/10 times.

There's not even as much as a simple greeting from the staff here at this bank .No one is approachable to ask for help as there's no members of staff nearby when your using the self service machines .Very badly run bank .worst Barclays bank ever . unfortunately the Middleton branch closed down, the staff in Middleton were great ,friendly and welcoming .The staff here need to use there manners and have better training in customer services.

Visited for a relative. Staff couldn't be bothered. Ignored you and were unhelpful. You were treated as a hindrance. Glad that I bank elsewhere. I would have scored zero if I could.

Used several times. Helpful and friendly team. Customers are most of the time annoying, demanding, pretending absurd things but they stay on top of it.

This is by far the worst Barclays branch in the UK. Rude, unhelpful staff who are simply unqualified to be working in banking. Shoddily turned out on trainers and slacks and make it seem like hard work to do the simplest tasks. The desks are never open and staff are usually hiding upstairs to avoid actually doing anything. I simply can?t believe Barclays lends its name to this bank. I have now switched to Lloyds for my UK banking and they are much more efficient.

This branch used to be fab the staff were always happy and seemed to really enjoy their work. However it has gone downhill fast a lot of staff are off sick due to pressures they are under being so short staffed. For many years I have stayed loyal as very satisfied with the service from the lovely mortgage advisor Jan Templin who had been at the branch for many years and seemed to be able to sort anything out even if not mortgage related but sadly she has taken early retirement I wish her all the best she is better off out of it all. Senior executives need to take a long hard look at their business.

Counter closed after being advised by Barclays customer service that I could go to any branch and pay my £500 of coins in.No staff in the building to assist, Not often I need to go the branch but clearly they don't consider all customers needs when making decisions.I shall be moving to another bank.Gets 1 star because it won't let you post a review with 0 ?

Went today told will be cash machinces only soon,staff making old people use cash machince better to have staff behind counter than staff getting in your face when there are going to have no job,half things you need to do ,paid check in got letter none payment ,draw large amount of cash only so much a day a lot of coinage no machine to take need Barclays to say counter will stay open we are the customer

I was so delighted with the customer service I received off one of your representives(Jemma). I was paying a cheque via the machine and Jemma gave me advice so then I managed to sort it out could not ask for a more polite and helpful person.

Unhelpful and rude staff, one day tells me to use online banking, and another telling me to go to a branch, taking me 2 months to finally open an account, except they got my address and postcode both wrong.
