I put petrol in this morning at 8:30 am
£25 worth
Tonight I luckily checked my bank account, and they have still taken the £99 clearance charge. A lot of my direct debits come out tomorrow as it is the first working day of march, so I have had to transfer money over to that account.
I am really annoyed about this and will be coming in first thing to speak to someone
It's really really not acceptable!! Surely you can see this!!!

Just like most supermarket except bigger, a lot of items also a long walk to go around the store,it can make it difficult to find things,staff are helpful otherwise it would take an age to find your shopping.just been to the cafe in Asda pilworth today 19/02/2025 food much improved, staff not very helpful on the till, just a heads up check the cutlery carefully,there were no forks,so asked the staff and they brought some out directly from the kitchen which I would of thought had just been washed,what a mistake I had to return both knives and fork due to them both being dirty,not very good service maybe management should look at the poor service hopefully???

I shop here every week and as I have to wait for my daughter to finish shopping I would sit on one of the benches at the tills. These have been removed and there is nowhere for an elderly person to sit and wait. Please return these benches. Everything else is great shopping at asda pilsworth

Called in today myself and my friend and had the pensioner £1 special. Bowl of lovely hearty vegetable soup roll and butter plus a cup of tea. We was well impressed hope plenty of pensioners take up this offer .

Click and collect service is atrocious. Forgot to buy bags, got to pick up point and it says check-in using the app or confirmation email.. Well, try and find it on either. Had to telephone the poorly displayed telephone number.
Informed them on the phone that I couldn't see anywhere to purchase bags online if you are collecting and if I could buy some. Oh jo, you have to get out and go into the store to stand in a que to purchase bags!..had to load refrigerated products and glass bottles in to my boot. Asked where to leave the black baskets and they said to just leave them there. Pity the next car that drives into them as I left them where I was told.
Over all a pretty useless and poor service. Never again.

Called on Sunday and asked for a breakfast to be told by a rather rude woman around 60 you can have brunch .when I asked what that meant she said no hash brown or black pudding ,you get chips instead ,at that stage an older guy again around 60 ish said we have black pudding.
pictured is what I got hard eggs bacon that was discoloured obviously old ,the sausage were burnt as was the black pudding that was hard as well and the beans had been reheated several times this was without doubt apart from the rude woman the worst breakfast I've ever had ,needless to say I won't go to that cafe again

Sort your crap chip & pin at the petrol station. Since the updated pumps cards are frequently declined. Myself & 2 others have just driven off. Due to faulty chip & pin. This has happened on more than one occasion.
