Me and my mum came in for a facial. Sarah was incredibly professional and really knew her stuff. The treatments she advised and performed left both of our skin looking amazing. They also have great seasonal discounts so it?s good to ask if they have any treatments on offer

I booked for a full body massage and have previously booked for the same treatment. When I attended this time, I asked the lady doing the massage whether it will cover my head. Having suffering with headaches I felt it'll help. She mentioned she is not trained in head massage or Indian head massage but will press my head during the massage. Afterwards when I went to the till to pay the lady at the till said we'll have to charge you £40 not the offer price of £35 as she pressed your head. I've had previous massages and the scalp has always been incorporated and here I had to pay an extra £5 which I feel was unfair or should have been discussed with me prior so I was aware of the extra charges.Service: Massage

I attended Acacia earlier today. I could not have felt in safer hands. The treatment itself was amazing, and the attention to cleanliness/sanitisation was the best I have personally experienced of any company recently. I will be back ladies!

I had a full body massage appointment yesterday with Lucy (08.10.2020) and it was incredible! The rooms are very clean and hygienic, lovely decor and very spacious! I was made to sign my name and number as I came in (Track and trace), had to wear a mask on entry and to the room (if you forget, they have masks on sale for £1!) But during the appointment I didn't have to wear a mask which helped me to relax more as the treatment was over an hour long!I suffer with really bad tension in my back and shoulders so I asked if that area could be focussed on more compared to my lower half which Lucy totally accommodated for! I feel so much better for it! I've booked in to return in 2 weeks to get in better shape!I'd definately reccomend you visit here and treat yourself! The prices are great and the experience is amazing! All the ladies who work at Acacia are lovely and so helpful.

I frequent this salon every 6 months or so when I spend time in the North. I absolutely love the derma needling and many other treatments at Acacia. So nice to be able to treat yourself and be in safe hands with the professionals.
