Since the refurb completely disorganised. Virtually every time i go to collect a prescription there is an issue with missing items or items not in stock. Ever since their refurb this pharmacy has been abysmal. They never prefer prescriptions ahead of time, or prepare orders of repeat scripts when they KNOW they're your nominated pharmacy. Being told to wait half an hour only to find out you never had my medications because of "delivery issues" was a gut punch and outright...
