The food is delicious and fresh and the staff are fabulous. The service is attentive and the staff are really accommodating. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the food is delicious. A great range on the menu and the food is fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend for families, couples and single dinners. The atmosphere is welcoming and there is a lovely feel to the restaurant.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was they have decided to add a 10% service charge even if there are only 2 people, you expect it in a city centre but not Bramhall. Other than that a great night.

There are many pseudo-Italian chain restaurants in Bramhall/CH, but this is the real deal (only D'Agostino in CH comes close).
Not just run by Italians, but with several Italian serving staff too.
Commendably the menu shows a price for a smaller version of the pasta dishes as a starter / primo piatto. Normally I end up having to ask. I had an excellent carbonara.
The steak I had was one of the very best steaks I've had anywhere in the UK. Only better ones which come to mind were in Portugal and (northern) Italy. Because of English obsession with extreme no-fat leanness, the flavour cannot be there (imho).
Anyway this one was cooked to perfection, did have good flavour and I haven't stopped drooling over it ever since !
You don't get to run the same restaurant, in the same place, for several decades without doing it very well indeed.

Hadn't booked but a place was found for us. Really lovely staff, incredibly efficient. Had a drink within 3 minutes of arriving! Food was awesome and was brought out speedily. Nice authentic Italian vibe.

Visited Romulus last night for the first time and the food was absolutely beautiful.. the nicest Italian I have ever had. I had the minestrone soup which was delicious followed by pan fried breaded chicken with tomato spaghetti on the side and my god it was to die for? also this was on the set menu 2 courses I think it was like £19 each?The staff are so nice they can?t do enough for you and also really funny. We had a ball in there last night.
Will defo be back. Can?t recommend enough.

A PROPER Italian restaurant. Great food, attentive staff, canneloni could in other places be a cliche Italian 'go to' food, but here it is amazing!! As is the white bait. It's just a lovely gem of a place.

My family and I have dined here numerous times. The food is always cooked to perfection, the service is exemplary and it's always a wonderful atmosphere when you visit there. The wine and beer list is varied with different wines, spirits and beers to suit all pallets. Romulus is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Bramhall village.
